When refunds may apply

Refunds are most likely when:
You were accidentally charged twice or billed incorrectly, or
We are unable to deliver the service on our end.
Because this is a digital service delivered immediately upon account activation, most subscriptions are considered fulfilled once access is granted.
If you believe there is a billing issue or error, please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your payment provider. This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
