When refunds may apply

  • Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.
  • Refunds are most likely when:
    • You were accidentally charged twice or billed incorrectly, or
    • We are unable to deliver the service on our end.
  • Because this is a digital service delivered immediately upon account activation, most subscriptions are considered fulfilled once access is granted.
  • If you believe there is a billing issue or error, please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your payment provider. This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
